bds is 5 years old!body>data>space had its 5th Birthday in March and we celebrated with a buzz around our involvement in two fantastic long term projects, Robots and Avatars with our key partner NESTA, and the MADE a topical international collaboration with EU support.

Its over 20 years now since members of the core team initiated our deep exploration of “the body at the centre of digital technologies” (1989 though shinkansen/Future Physical) and now in 2010 we have naturally been able to make significant shifts into challenging new sectors.

Evolving into the educational and architectural sectors, extending our professional development expertise and utilising our in-depth knowledge of human technology interfaces and virtual mobility, body>data>space is enjoying the enquiry and investigation if these debates.

Our long term experience and knowledge of interdisciplinary, interauthorship processes (collaboration, co-creation, group work), and of telematics (video transmission technologies, streaming, virtual mobility) have finally come into their own – our expertise is in demand.

Below we detail several key projects, downloadable reports and events for all to attend. Do contact us directly for any further details or if you are interested in partnering in any projects – at this stage we are open to all new connections!!!

Enjoy the summer, do keep checking the extensive content we are adding to our websites and we hope to see you very soon 🙂
