In May Ghislaine Boddington launched The Weave, online pages about her direction work with dance - technology, telematics and interauthorship from 1999 - 2005. This is part of Boddington’s research associateship at ResCen, Centre for Creation Processes in the Performing Arts at Middlesex University. Visit these pages for writings, examples of workshops, videos, photos, performances and events centred on the use of telematics as a tool for connecting both people and places. |

> The shinkansen Collection: 1989–2004 bodydataspace recently helped Future Physical finish archiving over 110 projects and 375 events involving 1200 key artists and more than 750 items of audio and video ( now available for viewing at British Library ) covering all the shinkansen and Future Physical productions, performances, workshops and discussions from 1989 to 2004. The shinkansen Collection archives a unique artistic legacy and covers different genres including voice work, sound art, live art and performance, movement research, installations, club nights, dance and technology curations and interactive digital art. |

> September > skintouchfeel > Mini Chill Raising money for the Brazil’s Children Trust, this UK based charity is holding a mad line up of big name DJs, VJs and musicians all giving up their free time to play at this exciting Mini Chill festival set in High Wycombe Fields. VJ Mondo will be tag mixing to top DJ line up on Saturday night using materials from the skintouchfeel content pool. |

> September > b>d>s and Swap-project at Dartington College for At DHRA practitioners and scholars working across the creative, visual, performing and media arts are brought together. Innovative keynote speeches will be given by Katherine Hayles, Roy Ascott and Stellarc. b>d>s will perform the skintouchfeel audio-visual live set late night on Mon 3rd and present "in-process" inputs in a two day creative lab environment by b>d>s (UK) and digital unit Swap-project (Portugal). This collaboration with dancers and the conference participants will experiment with a variety of interactive audio-visual hard and softwares. Ghislaine Boddington will also take part in the panel discussions on play/learn environments and digital distribution. |

> Designs for Mobile Spaces b>d>s and Vector Special Projects recently submitted a proposal to the Lift New Parliament competition. This design for the LIFT responded to an urgent C21st call for the integration of citizen input into how our world proceeds into its future in a positive way. b>d>s created a mobile meeting place which simply emerges out of into 2 x 20ft containers. It becomes a living, breathing local-to-local interconnector enables physical users to generate, organise and jointly distribute their thoughts, creativity and ideas through digital means. b>d>s welcome any interest in the development of this mobile venue for communities, festivals, debate forums or performances. |
