Thursday 9th November
This years festival CYNETart_06humane looks at perceptions of the human
body from media artists, choreographers, composers, scientists and computer
specialists. b>d>s is to VJ at the opening of the CYNETart Extra-ordinary
Experiences: A Retrospective of British Media Art at Kunsthaus Dresden
Friday 17th November
b>d>s create visuals alongside Quench (NL) and Escape_Now! (DD)
at the Festival Ensemble Hellerau in the Microscope Session for the CYNETart
2006.

> Numero Projecta 2006
Cinema S. Jorge, Lisbon
Sunday 12th November
b>d>s is participating in this years Numero Projecta 2006 in Lisbon,
an international multi-media, film and music festival showcasing global
and Portuguese finest talent.
Ghislaine Boddington will conduct a workshop for the festival with Francisco
Camacho (EIRA), using layered video collages to explore the human body.
b>d>s present the final visual set of the festival with content
gathered from the group content pool " skintouchfeel". With
an emphasis on Erotica, b>d>s will work with Portuguese DJ set 'Ballet
Mecanico'.

Salon
Podewil, Berlin
Tuesday 14th November
b>d>s travel to Berlin to present at the media art lab Tesla,
where Ghislaine Boddington and Armand Terulli will present b>d>s
in all its forms and projects at the TESLA Salon. Tesla Berlin is a laboratory
for media arts dedicated to the production and exhibition of new works
encompassing installation, performance, sound and radio works. Linked
to Trasmediale Berlin this salon is held regularly at Podewil.

> b>d>s bi-monthly at the Roxy Bar and Screen
Borough High Street, London
Saturday 2nd December
October saw the launch of the b>d>s bi-monthly night of body-centric visuals and sound with a live audio-visual performance of skintouchfeel. Presented for the first time with live dancers melded into the mix of the rich filmic landscape of body and skin. What better setting than the stylish decadence of the Roxy that screens cutting edge audio visual work and performances from around the world.
Catch b>d>s in their next bi-monthly night at the Roxy Bar and Screen on December 2nd, which will be part of the Elefest, Elephant and Castle's free festival of film and multi-media. Entrance is free and everyone is welcome.

b>d>s are featured in 3 books this Autumn- Audio-visual art & vj culture (D-fuse / Lawrence King), Artist Links 2002-2006 (British Council / Arts Council of England) and Ghislaine Boddington has written a chapter in the Rescen (Centre for Research into Creation in the Performing Arts, Middlesex University) called Unremembered Memory- The Weave which will launch on 23rd November 2006.
